Ventures
Over $10 Million Inflow Will be

Clickmarks, a leading provider
of software infrastructure for wireless
carriers, and enterprise clients,
announced today the closing of its
third round of venture funding,
led by a multi-million-dollar investment
from prominent Silicon Valley venture
capital firm Draper Fisher Jurvetson
ePlanet Ventures. The new funding
will be used to expand Clickmarks’
global sales, marketing and support
presence, and to further accelerate
its business development efforts
worldwide.

C funding include an increase in
the company's engineering staff;
an expansion of indirect sales channels
via alliance partners; further development

via accelerated R&D efforts.
The funding by Draper Fisher Jurvetson
ePlanet Ventures, its first with
Clickmarks, led a round that included
additional investments from corporate
