NTC Purchases Clickmarks Software,
Makes Strategic Investment and Enters
Technology and Distribution Relationship
with Clickmarks

Clickmarks, a provider of software
infrastructure products for application
development, today announced a broad
technology and business relationship
with Nippon information Technology
Consulting Co, Ltd., an experienced
systems integrator predominantly
working for the NTT (Nippon Telegraph
And Telephone Corporation) Group
companies. Under the terms of the
strategic relationship, which is
accompanied by an NTC-led investment
in Clickmarks, NTC will purchase
internal licenses for the Clickmarks
software products, and will also
distribute the Clickmarks infrastructure
products in the Japanese market.
The agreement authorizes NTC to
use, promote and resell Clickmarks
products, including its application
development environment and its
customizable pervasive portals.
NTC will use the Clickmarks Enterprise
Suite to design, create and deploy
pervasive applications for internal
deployments, and also for projects
carried out on behalf of its clients.
The agreement greatly expands the
reach of Clickmarks' mobile data
and voice solutions for wireless
carriers and enterprises in the
highly promising Asia Pacific market.
