The
Software Development and Management
Process (SDMP) is designed to meet
the exacting standards of quality,
robustness, and scalability expected
of enterprise class software. The
development management process revolves
around the specific needs and time
constrains of the customer to ensure
the delivery of a world-class solution.

Initial Discovery Phase
SDMP begins with the Initial Discovery
Phase with the customer. This allows
us to obtain a deep understanding
of the client’s existing business
processes. Based on these observations,
we recommend optimal solutions for
our customers.
The first phase of the development
cycle will involve the specification
of the core architecture and the
functional requirements. Clickmarks
will heavily engage the customer
in order to make sure all business
and technical needs are addressed.
Fast Pilot Workshop (FPW)
After the initial phase, we highly
encourage the client to engage in
a Fast Pilot Workshop (FPW). The
FPW allows both parties to do a
limited development of the application
of the core requirements. This stage
of the process will help us validate
any initial assumptions and ROI
calculations. Adjustments to the
requirements can be made before
beginning the development phase.
Commercial Deployment Phase
During the actual development of
the enterprise application, Clickmarks
will release limited previews of
the software in order to obtain
feedback during the development
phase. This continuous engagement
with the client ensures a comprehensive
solution the client needs. Once
the Pilot version of the software
has been approved by the customer,
we are ready for the Commercial
Deployment Phase. The final commercial
agreement is signed between both
the customer and Clickmarks and
we are ready for a full scale roll
out or commercial deployment of
the application.
